Education Qalification
[A] Candidate should have passed a Bachelor’s Degree In Chemistry or Microbiology or Biochemistry or Biotechnology obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act In India; or any other educational institution recognised as such of declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; and have passed the diploma in laboratory technician or Medical Laboratory Technician course or medical technology or post graduate diploma in medical laboratory technology or one year medical laboratory technician training course or laboratory technician training course from any of the Government recognised institution or Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institutions recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the
University Grants Commission Act, 1956
[B] Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and

2. Laboratory Assistant (Class -III)
[A] Candidate must possess Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination with science subjects from Secondary and Higher Secondary Educational Board or possess equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government
Have possess the diploma in laboratory technician or medical laboratory technician course or medical laboratory technology or post-graduation diploma in medical laboratory technology or one year medical laboratory technician training course from any of the government recognized institute or Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act on India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956
[B] Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules,1967
[C] Have adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both
[A] 12th examination pass with Chemistry as a subject from a recognized university or board and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized Institution. Training in Hemodialysis from a recognized hospital or medical institution for a minimum of one year or minimum one year experience in emodialysis in a recognized hospital or medical institution. The Hemodialysis unit should have at least 8 beds OR
12th examination passed with chemistry from a recognized university or board and Bachelor’s Degree in Dialysis technology from a recognized university or board
OR
Bachelor Degree in Dialysis Technology from a recognized University

4. Assistant H.D Technician (Class -III)

year experience in emodialysis in a recognized hospital or medical institution. The Hemodialysis unit should have at least 8 beds OR
12th examination passed with chemistry from a recognized university or board and Bachelor’s Degree in Dialysis technology from a recognized university or board

[B] Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules,1967
[C] Have adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both
7. Assistant E.C.G. Technician (Class -III)
[A] 10+2 in Science or equivalent from a recognized board.
[B] 2 years Diploma in ECG from Central / State Govt./AICTE recognized institute.
